Choosing the Type of Company: The most common is a Limited Liability Company (Sp. z o.o.).
Authorized Capital: Minimum 5,000 PLN ≈ 1,200 EUR.
Number of Shareholders: Only one shareholder is allowed (even a foreign shareholder).

🛂 Second: Requirements for Obtaining a Business Residence Permit
Company Articles of Association or Articles of Association.
Proof of Company Registration with the KRS.
Business Plan or Contracts Proving Business Activity.
Proof of Financial Resources for Operating the Company (Bank Account or Investment).
Valid Passport + Passport Photos.
Proof of Address in Poland. Duration: Application processing typically takes 2–3 months.
Period of Granted Residence: 1–3 years, renewable (citizenship after 5 years).
Third: Steps We Take
Registering the company in the Polish Business Register (KRS).
Opening a bank account.
Preparing a business plan and business activity documents.
Upon arrival: Submitting a temporary residence permit application through the Polish Immigration Office (Urząd do Spraw Cudzoziemców).
Waiting for review (2–3 months).
Obtaining a temporary residence permit card (valid for 1 year).
Fourth: Eligible Nationalities (Including Third World Countries)
